I have worked as the CEO of residential developmental disabilities agencies for over 25 years. I graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in business. Early in my career, I worked in management positions of increasing responsibility with a national fast-food services chain. After my family founded a residential agency for people who have developmental disabilities, I returned to Indiana to manage the business. I am committed to my community and I have been active in various community organizations, especially in youth sports, and I am a past president of the Greenfield Rotary. Dr. Olvera and I co-founded DDSi over 30 years ago.
